Throughout her ten years in the brewing industry, Michelle has had her hand in every area of the beer production process. Her experience spans from small scale startups to well-established regional breweries. She has held the positions of brewmaster, cellar and packaging lead, barrel program lead, and quality manager across four breweries.

In her tenure, Michelle has developed and built upon quality programs (including sensory), built three labs, run two barrel programs, commissioned a new brewery and numerous pieces of equipment, and trained staff in many areas. She has also designed, refined, and implemented many production procedures, delivering high quality results and solutions.

Michelle has applied her expertise assisting many breweries (of all shapes and sizes), along with a cidery, meadery, winery, and distillery.
